The first person who tried to help me tried to turn the 1v1 into a freelance project where they could spend extra time figuring out VBA while charging me. Dustin on the other hand actually knows VBA really well and was able to methodically help me find my problem in 25 minutes. He charges a fair price, but you get more than what you pay for. He not only helped me find the problem, but he also gave me tips on how to prevent it from happening again and how to troubleshoot if it does happen again. That is what Codementor should be about. Not greedy freelancers.

Dustin did exactly what I wanted, something two others (not from Codementor) failed to do, and I was getting very frustrated. He wrote a macro for MS Word that turned five steps into one and was able to assign the hotkey I wanted to run it. Dustin explained everything he did in detail and was patient with me when things were above my head. I will definitely hire Dustin again and recommend him highly if you need someone who really knows his stuff, is very conscientious, and an all-around nice guy.
