I create a client in VB6 to record calls in wav, then I converted to mp3 and ftp to a server, in that server you were able to review the call to check if the customer service was correct, it contained several questionaries to evaluate each customer service agent call. This was done 19 years ago, now we can record direct to mp3, and we have other tools, but that was my first big project a lot of years ago.
