Run to work with Ivan as fast as you can!!! Recently our team was tasked with implementing a high visibility project requiring Talend in the short time frame of three months. A major obstacle was that no one on the implementation team were proficient with Talend, but the client demanded we use it. Ivan was a God send!!! The knowledge he imparted ensured the project was done well, on time, and delivered in a state where it could be easily maintained. The old adage about teaching a man to fish applies to Ivan. He took extra time to teach what he knew to the in house developers, taught what to and what not to focus on, how to unit test, debug, and code according to Talend best practices which resulted in faster performance and easier maintenance. The project ended up being a major success and the client has offered more work. We were so happy with Ivan that we sent our main developer to meet and thank him in person in Croatia.
