I have experience with Django buidling the entier systems for over three years. With the simplcity and cleanliness that comes with using Python, Django ORM, available libraries and a great community of fellow developers, make it a greate choice. I have expertise in development using Django and am intimately familiar with the ecosystem and enjoy working on it.

Have experience working with Android as have built several application from scratch to completion. Have worked on modular basis where parts of the application are broken down into modules and then are re-used in mutliple application spanning over several repositories. Have worked on REST APIs, Caching, Google Maps, Push Notications using FCM, websocket integration for live updates as well as analytics tracking using Google Analytics. Have experience creating applications from scratch as well as acquiring a big code base and maintaining and improving upon it.

JavaScript is one of the most used programming languages. Javascript has been in development for a long time and has many quirks to it, which are sometimes hard to wrap your head around. I have few years of experience working in and guiding team members in JavaScript development and the gotchas of Javascript including frameworks like backbone.js.

Git is the most wonderful Version Control system I have ever seen. Git's capabilities are superior than CVS and SVN. I use Git for all of my projects. I have helped my team mates understand and follow good guidelines and workflows for Git.

I create all of my personal projects in Node.js. Running JavaScript on Node allows the flexibility of even a frontend guy with no other language than JS work on the backend. A dynamic language allows you rapid prototyping and lets you build the system quickly. The community, ecosystem and the package manager that comes with node.js allows you to fall back for help when needed. I am familiar with nodejs and its nuiances and like to develop on the ecosystem.

I am working on FarmVille: Tropic Escape using Unity. During Zynga's internal hackathon, I created a prototype in a single day and went one to win the hackathon.
