1. Building and managing teams I mainly was concentrated on building internal tools for a business process incorporated in the company. Team management software, staff planner, retrospective board, additionally to live communication helps to build transparent processes, foresee and minimize risks and earn clients' trust. 2. OpenSource contribution. I also contribute to dry-rb & hanami projects. Mainly I'm working on building dry-cli tool and it's future adoption in hanami 2. I also have a pet project which is a server to store and retrieve recurrent events. 3. Building ruby community As a ruby community lead, I organize meetups quarterly, run workshops and Saint P Rubyconf. With a support of many companies, including Cybergizer, Toptal, Cookpad, JetBrains, the last conf was an incredibly high level with almost 400 people.
