I am very passionate about DeFi and Blockchain technology and have worked on blockchain projects as a auditor and lead consultant across numerous companies and projects since early 2018 and I have worked as a professional software engineer since graduating from an MSc in Computer Science in 2000.

As CTO at Clik I was responsible for the initial setup of the technology department, hiring the first developers, managing integrations with our partners, helping to raise funds, developing the early architecture in AWS, scaling and monitoring of the systems, working and integrating with banking partners and holding shareholder meetings from a technology perspective. I also designed and built a prototype system for adding an Ethereum blockchain layer within a wallet based payments application. The blockchain layer would create accounts for every wallet within the Clik system and be used as a layer of confirmation for each transaction via the users private key signatures that are applied from the client application. The transactions, once confirmed, would be processed via a traditional card management system and the ledger updated in the blockchain as an additional, signed audit trail for the transaction.
