Jhoatan is now my go-to resource for Xamarin development. He works with me efficiently, communicates very well, and is very up-front about what he does and doesn't know. If he isn't familiar with an area he will send me some Google links and they are often very helpful even in cases where it isn't his specific area of expertise - he knows the environment well enough that he often quickly finds things I have not found in my searches. He is also always friendly and positive in his interactions - it's a pleasure to work with him!
