As Director for the SavingBucks project, I led the creation and implementation of an innovative eCommerce platform tailored to enhance user convenience and maximize savings. The platform integrated a geolocation-based search engine that suggested shopping destinations and activities, providing users with personalized recommendations aligned with their daily routines and preferred stores. Additionally, it allowed for seamless online purchases with the option to pay upon in-store pickup, offering a unique blend of online and offline shopping experiences. Key results included: Enhanced user engagement through personalized shopping experiences and tailored discount recommendations. Increased client revenue by driving foot traffic to retail stores and promoting cross-selling opportunities with activity discounts in nearby locations. Streamlined user experience by providing a one-stop solution for shopping and leisure activities. In my role, I excelled in strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring the successful delivery of a high-quality product. My focus on innovation and usability drove tangible business results, while fostering a creative and efficient team environment.
