The final pieces flow together perfectly. - Documentation: Just read any of his blogs. The quality of his language skills are a direct reflection of his code. For both syntax and design. - Patience: His prior experience teaching is very apparent. His skill has not hurt his ego, and he is patient, kind, and articulate. - Energy: He is motivated by problem solving. He clearly loves working the problem, and is energizing to work with.
