The services provided through the COE can be in the area of consulting, technology, content, or knowledge management. The services can be provided in a managed services mode. The COE will help streamline delivery processes and ensure quality output. In addition, the COE will research and analyse current trends in the industry and ensure that the customer organisation embraces such technological advancements to stay ahead of the curve and driving business transformation and better ROI. Lab is used to Plan, design and build Infrastructure to replicate Client Environment where Automation Solutions are developed for various Projects used by multiple teams. • My key responsibility is to manage the COE Lab which includes technologies like Networking, Storage, Servers, Applications & databases in Parallel to Projects i have been working. • Providing Virtual machines, access to networks, setting up ACL’s and providing Storages to VM’s. • Periodic audit and maintenance of VM’s, Storage and network. • Monitoring the Hypervisors, firewall, mpls and network devices. • Managing various applications CloudStack, Ulteo, Cisco ASDM, MySql, Windows & Unix Server OS.
