Member of the Global Demand Centre, which primarily engages in reporting and analytics of the Sales Funnel for Marketing Campaigns and other factors driving demand for Dell and its Pipeline, Revenue, and Margin. Determined need to capture loss of revenue potential at all points of our relations with customers and designed and implemented the ‘Leakage Reports’ – a dynamic dashboard to accurately and visually determine loss at every point. Initiatives following insights and recommendations from above yielded substantial increase in Pipeline to company. Helped design and implement the data structure and many views in our Tableau Dashboards Designed many new and enhanced various existing reports to generate insights and answer business problems. Automated and optimized various deliverables and implemented systems to save 100s of man hours. Suggested, designed and implemented a tool and a systematic process to plan Campaigns created in our CRM Tool helped consolidate plans easily and analyse resource allocation in regards to proposed returns, load campaigns onto various CRM systems quickly and error free, highlighted potential data entry errors and could self-correct unwanted changes, predict cash flow, and was used across 20-25 people in 6-7 countries. Pioneered use of Root Cause (Fishbone) Analysis, Burn Down Chart, Linear Programming, etc. in own team for generating new insights and supported RFM and ARIMAX analysis in cross team engagements. Engaged in several adhoc analyses, as requested by partners, and presented suggestions for problem solving. Nominated and awarded a Partner Silver Award and another award within the department (Two in one year) Regularly presented work in various Staff, Department, and Inter-Department meetings and competitions

Active member of a team that implemented the IT Enablement vision of a multinational group of companies, with five Subsidiaries, using Microsoft’s range of enterprise level software solutions. Member of a team that implemented MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 across four locations of company in three countries. Implemented for Contact Management, Activity Management, Sales Opportunity and Quote Tracking, and integration with in-house logistics software as well as MS Dynamics NAV. Performed techno-functional role of understanding complex business scenarios, implemented technically, and followed up with users to ensure user acceptance, usability and value addition. Customized MS CRM for additional functionality using ASP.NET and JavaScript, including a complex customization to enable multiple item selection and save in a custom lookup field. Task lead and main liaison with channel partner for MS Dynamics NAV implementation. Made suggestions to make G/L or other Ledger entries for non-standard or industry specific transactions. Enhanced NAV functionality by implementing customization and add-ins for features such as “Hide Zero” in Analysis by Dimension, Dynamic Web browser control add-in, One to many invoice application, Excel to NAV mappings, etc. Completed NAV implementation for a subsidiary, without channel partner, after GO LIVE of two main subsidiaries. Actively advised and helped Finance department to finalize business process, generate master data, and consider alternative solutions required for proper NAV implementation and assisted in deciding optimum transaction entries. Actively organized review and feedback sessions with users of different departments – Sales, Logistics, and Finance to gauge effectiveness of implemented solutions and took measures to improve their usage. This was my second fulltime engagement with this company, the first being prior to US Education.
