I began my programming journey in 2010 during my university studies, but it was in 2015 that I truly embarked on my professional career as a Python developer. Starting as an intern focused on Odoo, I quickly moved up the ranks—becoming a junior developer after just six months, and within a year, I progressed to a middle developer role. Shortly afterward, I became a senior developer.
My next career move involved leading two separate teams working on different Odoo projects simultaneously. Managing these teams allowed me to sharpen my leadership skills while overseeing projects from start to finish. During this time, I also took on a teaching role, lecturing in electronics and programming at two universities from 2016 until October 2021.
In my leadership roles, I was responsible for translating business requirements into actionable plans. This involved working closely with Business Analysts (BA) and Project Managers (PM) to form backlogs and ensure smooth task distribution during scrum meetings. I managed teams of up to 5-7 members, overseeing the codebase, servers, and databases while tutoring new team members to ensure their smooth integration.
In 2021, I shifted my focus to Django development.
