Eric was extremely patient and knowledge in helping me - I had a seriously urgent matter with a lost SQL table, and he helped me recover the data from my backup. We tried multiple ways to do so (in PHP, Putty, etc.) and in each, Eric was proficient and worked through the problem. I have my data and am thankful for his help!
