Created an analytics pipeline with Segment.io, Stitch, Redshift and Re:dash to help us understand how people engage with their lawmakers and interact with advocacy organizations. After we switched from Segment.io, I lead development on several new pipelines. Eventually, we took analytics in-house, and I wrote the pipeline to help us keep delivering insights to our partners. I also wrote new tools for advocacy and civic engagement with Vue.js, Redux and React-Native, in addition to maintaining and building new functionality onto our Ember.js codebase.

- As a Backer Team Area Lead, I worked with our PM and Design Leads to sequence and plan high-level features and prioritize the backlog. - I lead several department-wide initiatives to modernize our JS-stack to ES2016 and Webpack, our CSS-practices, and introduce a new React-based CI automation framework - Proposed product features and guided our practices to address areas of opportunity in frontend page performance. - Acted as product manager and tech lead on a variety of security initiatives. Responded to incidents (e.g. CVEs in third party libraries), and prioritized/vetted fixes. - Worked with engineering teams to ensure the secure implementation of new product features. - Responded to attacks on our infrastructure, Identified ATOs and worked closely with our Trust and Safety team and BI system to mitigate fraudulent activity
