I've been a Unity3D generalist since Unity 2.x. Mostly my role in a team has been a key-programmer who also helps and oversees all the other people helping them improve on various technical topics. Interaction design, level design, art direction, and governing game mechanics are fields that I've usually left for other people to manage, but I can help with that too a bit.
