I started as a Developer who specialized in TYPO3 Integrator & Senior Software Architect Tasks, working on TYPO3 since 2005 both for TYPO3 CMS, (TYPO3) flow and TYPO3 Neos.

Today i provide coaching and consulting as CTO for startups on a project based and i am guiding development teams to follow an agile and lean mindset to archive great results in very little time.

How i can help you? From my experience the best technical solution for most problems is to NOT implement it. There is always a way to re-use existing solutions or find a simpler way of archiving the same goal without creating a complicated software project that might have a high risk of value and additional high cost of ownership for maintenance and future changes. I like to focus on creating architectural concepts that are cost efficient, easy to adapt and low risk, allowing to focus energy and attention to the more important questions of the project.
