Refactoring failing code bases/getting software back on track
############################################
I started coding when I was 6, 35 years ago. I'm as passionate now as I was then; but I've got a whole lot of acumen, and natural coding talent. That allows me to hold extremely large codebases in my head, even crazy-insane, poorly architected ones, and rewrite them over a few weeks. Over my career I built a solid name for being able to come into a project, understand the current code, identify the issues, and refactor the codebase, with low regression risk, while converting unmaintainable code bases to highly maintainable one's with solid patterns.
I _love_ that kind of work as well - if you've got a project in dire straits, and don't want to lose a fortune; then take advantage of my experience, OCD and my wife's ability to let me disappear for a few 70 hour weeks: you will never regret it :D
Let's talk!
#######
I probably sound arrogant; but I want you to know what a great benefit I will be to you and your project - I offer a lot more besides these tidbits here. Why not ping me on mail/roku slack group/linked in, and we can further chat. I _really_ like people _and_ computer software and I work on every project as if it were my own: as far as I'm concerned; your success is my success. So [get in touch!](mailto:george@tantawowa.com), and let's see what I can do to help.

“Solid guy. Has a clear understanding of C++ fundamentals and was patient and unafraid of helping with a rather subtle C++ bug that was also part of an algorithm TOO complex to explain in a single session. Meaning he had to help me debug WITHOUT understanding what the code actually does. Despite these obstacles he was able to give me not one but TWO possible approaches to solve the problem. And he managed to do so within 45 minutes of us discussing together (keeping my learning costs down for a problem that easily could've been very expensive for a run-of-the-mill tutor to deal with). While i'm not a C++ expert, I am a strong python3 dev, and I would gladly have hired Scott to work on one of my teams back when I was in the industry and strongly encourage you to book a session with him if you are on the fence.“

“I had the pleasure of working with Vijaya on building out a complex Power Automate and Power Apps solution for my organization, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the very beginning, Vijaya demonstrated exceptional level of expertise to the project as well as my learning of the concepts he was executing. He has a very deep understanding of the technical capabilities of Power Apps, Power Automate, Sharepoint and their integration with Power BI. What really set Vijaya apart was his attentiveness and attention to detail combined with his business acumen.
I am grateful for the exceptional service and support and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to leverage the Power of Power Automate and Power Apps.“

How does personalized Design Principles mentoring differ from traditional classroom learning?
Personalized Design Principles mentoring through Codementor offers a unique and effective learning approach compared to traditional classroom learning, particularly in these key aspects:
Customized content: Personalized mentoring adapts the learning material and pace specifically to your needs and skill level. This means the sessions can focus on areas where you need the most help or interest, unlike classroom settings which follow a fixed curriculum for all students.
One-on-one attention: With personalized mentoring, you receive the undivided attention of the tutor. This allows for immediate feedback and detailed explanations, ensuring that no questions are left unanswered, and concepts are fully understood.
Flexible scheduling: Personalized mentoring is arranged around your schedule, providing the flexibility to learn at times that are most convenient for you. This is often not possible in traditional classroom settings, which operate on a fixed schedule.
Pace of learning: In personalized mentoring, the pace can be adjusted according to how quickly or slowly you grasp new concepts. This custom pacing can significantly enhance the learning experience, as opposed to a classroom environment where the pace is set and may not align with every student’s learning speed.
Practical, hands-on learning: Mentors can provide more practical, hands-on learning experiences tailored to real-world applications. This direct application of skills is often more limited in classroom settings due to the general nature of the curriculum and the number of students involved.
Personalized mentoring thus provides a more tailored, flexible, and intensive learning experience, making it ideal for those who seek a focused and practical approach to mastering Design Principles.
